    How do I place an order online?
    For faster service simply order online at begiftingbaskets.com.  You can also fax your order to (866) 303-1222.

    What methods of payment are accepted?
    Visa, Master Card,

    Will you share my personal information with other companies?
    No.  We never share your information with anyone.  The information you provide is used for processing and shipping your purchased items only. 

    What is a presentation upgrade?
    We offer three presentation options on many of our gift baskets.  For complete information on the different options click here.

    How will my cookies ship and will they break?
    Our bakery takes pride in making sure that your cookies will be delivered safely without breakage.  They wrap each cookie individually before it is assembled into the bouquet or gift basket.  Each bouquet then is protected with bubble wrap then shrink wrapped yet again. Finally they use peanuts in the box to protect your delivery further.  For complete information on cookie products click here.

    How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    Most items are shipped within 24 hours.  Delivery will differ depending upon the method of shipment you choose.  You may contact us for any shipping concerns  To view shipping information click here.

    What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, destination and the speed of delivery you select.  Shipping methods are chosen during your check out.  To view shipping charges click here.

    What shipping methods do you use?

    Will I be able to track my order?
    Yes.  Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information by e-mail.  If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

    Do You deliver to hospital patients?
    It is not recommended.  We do not assume liability for gifts that fail to be delivered by an employee, lost within the building, or the gift arrives after the recipient is discharged.

    What if I receive my order damaged?
    Please save the item with all of the original packaging material plus the carton, and contact us for detailed instructions for handling the damaged product.  Click here for information on returning damaged items.
